Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items, personalized/customized products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form (provided with your order)
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Methods

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your return request

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
